Reality Road Inspiration is run by [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("we," "us"). This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use reality-road.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and the username you choose.
- Your password: stored only in scrambled (hashed) form. We cannot see or recover your actual password.
- Course progress: which weeks of the course you have marked complete.
- Group messages: anything you post in group sessions, with your username and the time. Other members of that session can see it.
- IP address: used briefly to limit repeated login and sign-up attempts, which protects accounts from abuse.
- Emails you send us: if you contact us, for example about coaching.
Why we collect it
Only to run the site: to create and secure your account, keep you logged in, save your course progress, show group messages, prevent abuse, and reply when you contact us.
Where it is stored
The site and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes data on our behalf. Cloudflare may process data in the United States and other countries.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share information only with the service providers that run the site (such as Cloudflare), or when the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
When you log in, your browser stores a login token in its local storage so you stay signed in. It expires after 30 days or when you log out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Records used to limit login attempts are deleted within about a day.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your account and the information connected to it by emailing hello@reality-road.com. We will respond within [NUMBER] days.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under [AGE, e.g. 18]. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
